A physician's order, with appropriate diagnosis code(s), is required. All therapy documentation will reflect services provided but is not guaranteed reimbursable through third-payer sources. Invoices are generated after each treatment session. For your convenience, superbills are generated monthly. 

Live Love Grow Therapy offers occupational therapy services across the lifespan. Therapeutic programming is available for newborns, infants, toddlers, school-aged children, adolescents, and adults.
